At Grand Luxe Rides, we strive to offer flexibility while ensuring our fleet is ready for your journey. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our operational team.

Safe Zone

15+ Days Before

Full Refund

No cancellation charges apply.

Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the scheduled pickup time.

Partial Charge

10 - 14 Days Before

50% Charge

Of the booking (advance) amount.

Cancellations made between 14 days and 10 days before scheduled pickup.

No Refund

< 10 Days Before

100% Charge

No refund of advance payment.

Cancellations within 10 days of pickup or No-Show.

How to Initiate Cancellation

WhatsApp

Send a message to our official business number +91 97405 25656 with your booking ID.

Email

Reply to your confirmation mail with the subject line "Cancellation Request".

Refund Processing

Eligible refunds will be credited back to the original payment source (Bank Account / UPI).

Please allow 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account after the cancellation is approved.

Important Note

Third-Party Fees: Any convenience fees or taxes charged by payment gateways at the time of booking are generally non-refundable.
