The Legal Framework

Our Service Agreement

By booking with Grand Luxe Rides, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These ensure a seamless and professional experience for all our prestigious clients.

Usage & Billing

Garage-to-Garage

All distance and time calculations are measured on a Garage-to-Garage basis. The trip starts when the vehicle leaves our origin garage and ends when it returns.

Pricing & GST

All quoted rates are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST will be added to the final invoice.

Rate Variability

Prices are dynamic and may vary during weekends, holidays, festive seasons, or peak demand. Any price revisions will be communicated before the service starts.

Settlement

All extra charges (extra km, extra hours, driver allowance) must be settled before the conclusion of the trip.

Additional Costs & Allowances

External Costs

Tolls, parking fees, and interstate permits are to be paid by the customer.

Driver Allowance

Local: Applicable after 10 hours of service or for duty between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Outstation: Any travel occurring between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM attracts an additional allowance.

Cleaning Fees

A cleaning fee applies for stains, odors, or spills. For wedding decorations, a flat cleaning fee of ₹1000 per vehicle is applicable.

On-Trip Protocols

Trip Sheets

It is mandatory for the customer and driver to review and sign the trip sheet/duty slip at the end of the journey. Billing disputes will not be entertained without a signed slip.

Safety & Emergencies

In the event of a malfunction, accident, or health emergency, customers must follow the driver’s instructions for their own safety.

External Factors

We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, natural calamities, roadblocks, or mechanical failures. Any extra costs incurred due to these 'Force Majeure' events are the customer's responsibility.

Conduct & Prohibitions

Strict Prohibitions

Smoking, alcohol consumption, and contraband items are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. Violation will result in immediate termination of service without a refund.

Behavior

We reserve the right to deny service for rude, intoxicated, or aggressive behavior.

Liability

Any traffic fines (challans) or legal issues arising from passenger negligence will be borne by the customer. Damage to the vehicle caused by misconduct is fully chargeable.

Personal Belongings & Feedback

Lost Items

Customers are responsible for their luggage. Grand Luxe Rides is not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced property.

Grievances

Any complaints must be raised within 7 days of trip completion.
